1 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to oojl, an online casino and sports betting platform operated by oojl and licensed by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with oojl's Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform, form the complete and binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and oojl.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotional offer, or placing any bet through the oojl platform — whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. oojl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and play at oojl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for online casino-style gambling in the Philippines as mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where access to and use of oojl's services is legally permitted.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by oojl, PAGCOR, or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law or the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party when using the oojl platform.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Account Creation

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the oojl platform. Creating duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid contact number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current and up to date.

3.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

oojl is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification on all accounts. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys ID)
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the LTO
• SSS or GSIS ID
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months

Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, oojl reserves the right to restrict withdrawals, place limits on deposits, or suspend any promotional offers on your account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oojl login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcodes with any other person. oojl will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials shall be deemed your responsibility, whether or not authorized by you.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your oojl account, you must notify our support team immediately. oojl will take reasonable steps to assist but cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player failed to safeguard their credentials.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

oojl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to availability. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the oojl deposit page.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. oojl aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status and any applicable review period.

oojl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds declarations, enhanced identity verification, or proof of payment method ownership.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the oojl platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). oojl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.

5 Gameplay Rules & Bet Integrity

Each game available on the oojl platform — including but not limited to Dragon and Tiger, Monster Mine, Bingo, Slots, and live dealer tables — is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface before play begins. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to that game only.

All game outcomes on the oojl platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or by live dealer draw, as applicable. oojl does not alter, pre-determine, or manipulate outcomes of any game. PAGCOR oversight and independent auditing are applied to all oojl game systems.

Bets placed and confirmed on the oojl platform are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation, except in circumstances where oojl determines that a cancellation is warranted under these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

oojl may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly published alongside each offer.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all oojl promotions:

• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• oojl reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or void any bonus offer at its discretion, including where abuse or bonus fraud is suspected.
• Players who use multiple accounts to claim the same promotional offer will forfeit all associated bonuses and may be permanently banned from the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oojl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with oojl's games or systems
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including identity fraud, chargeback fraud, or payment fraud
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain unintended winnings — any winnings obtained through exploitation must be reported and will be voided
• Attempting to access other Players' accounts or oojl's internal systems without authorization
• Registering more than one account for any individual or household
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the oojl platform — including but not limited to the oojl name and logo, game graphics and animations, website design and layout, written content, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of oojl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the oojl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works of any oojl content without express written permission.

9 Privacy & Data Processing

oojl collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to oojl's data processing practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

oojl may be required to share your data with PAGCOR or other regulatory, law enforcement, or government authorities where legally obligated to do so. oojl will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oojl and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings
• Loss of data or account access
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside oojl's reasonable control
• Decisions made based on information provided on the platform
• Any third-party payment processing issues or delays

Nothing in these Terms shall limit oojl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

oojl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms
• oojl suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity
• A Player has provided false or misleading information
• A Player is found to be under the required age of 21
• Required KYC documents have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe
• A Player has requested self-exclusion
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account action

Where an account is closed for non-fraudulent reasons, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method after any applicable deductions for outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting oojl's support team. Please note that voluntary closure does not waive any obligations you may have outstanding at the time of closure.

12 Responsible Gaming

oojl is committed to promoting responsible gambling and complying with all PAGCOR requirements relating to player protection. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy or a response to personal difficulties.

oojl provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.

13 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your oojl experience, you should follow the process below:

Please provide your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information. oojl aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 business days.
2. Step 2 — Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the initial support process, you may request escalation to oojl's senior compliance team.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Referral: If the matter remains unresolved after escalation, you may submit a formal complaint to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority governing oojl's operations in the Philippines.

All disputes relating to game outcomes must be submitted within 72 hours of the relevant event. oojl's decision on disputes, where made in good faith and consistent with these Terms, shall be final.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through oojl's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

oojl's operations in the Philippines are regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) under its applicable licensing framework. Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with PAGCOR's player protection mandates.

15 Amendments to These Terms

oojl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, oojl will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the platform and/or by email to the address on file.

Your continued use of the oojl platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the oojl platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
